  • What safety precations are you taking regarding Covid-19?
    We are doing all services contact free. We are also sanitizing regularly and requiring a mask when indoors or unable to maintain at least 6 feet distance. If you would like to know more about how we are handling these things please feel free to reach out to us.
  • How far in advance should I schedule with you? What if dates I want are not available?
    Please schedule as far in advance as possible, especially for holidays and busy seasons. If the dates you would like are not available, message or text us and we can add you to the waiting list and contact you in case of any cancellations! This is most common during holiday times.

  • How do I create an account?

  • What do I need to do to book a service?

  • Does it matter what breed my dog is?
    No. We do not breed discriminate.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We take cash, check, Venmo and paypal
  • What kind of handling techniques do you use ?
    We use force free / positive reinforcement techniques and recommend trainers that do the same.
  • What kind of "equipment" will you use when walking my pup?"
    We use either your pup's harness or martingale, if provided. if not, we will provide a safe harness or martingale while we are caring for your pup. While we respect that you may, we do not use prong, choke, or shock collars or any of the like during our time with your pup.

  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?
    For non-holiday periods, our cancelation policy is five days prior to arrival. Cancelations that occur within five days prior to check-in, for non-holiday periods, will result in a one night charge per guest to the credit card on file. Reservations created within five days prior to check-in, for non-holiday periods, and subsequently canceled also will result in a one night charge per guest the credit card on file. For holiday periods, we have a 14 day cancelation policy. Failure to cancel 14 days prior to arrival, for holiday periods, will result in a $100 charge to the credit card on file per guest. Reservations created within 14 days prior to check-in, for holiday periods, and subsequently canceled also will result in a $100 charge to the credit card on file per guest. The cancelation policy is more stringent during holiday periods because we typically have to turn away potential customers during this time. Of course we are understanding of cancelations due to special circumstances.
  • Will you do things to make it look like someone is home while I'm away?
    Yes. We are glad to check mail, pick up packages, rotate lights, and do some light plant watering while you are away.
  • Where will my dog sleep?
    Your dog is welcome to sleep wherever they would like and you allow while we are staying at your home.
  • How do I book you to stay with my pet(s) in MY home?
    Feel free to email or text us and we will help get your pet scheduled. If you are a new client, please create an account on this site. Please make note of your login and password. Once your account is created, you will be able to update your pets information, book services, and complete care instructions for our stay.
